As a rogue you can sneak into the Agamand Family Crypt (52,27) no problem. The chest is in the boss room at the bottom of the crypt on the left hand side as you enter. You can loot the chest without pulling the room. You get Rune of Slaughter

I was able to lockpick the relic chest without the key. I had not obtained the rune while leveling so I went back at max level. You don't need to farm the key. I was level 95 when I picked the chest and got a skill point.
