Prêtres are able to make the pull slightly easier by using Contrôle mental on the Porte-parole Witherbark next to Mar'li. This will aggro Mar'li onto the Speaker and give the Tank a few seconds to control the first wave of spider adds before needing to worry about Mar'li herself.

Mar'li's Drain de vie is by far her most dangerous ability, as it can heal her for quite a bit if not properly controlled. Classes with low-cooldown interrupts, such as Guerrier's Volée de coups and Voleur's Coup de pied need to set an interrupt rotation to ensure she won't heal at all. Classes with longer interrupts such as Mage's with Contresort can be used as backup if needed.

DPS Tips

Ranged DPS need to stay more than 30 yards from Mar'li at all times to avoid Salve d'éclairs de poison in her Troll form and Toiles collantes in her Spider form.

Melee DPS needs to deal with the attack speed decreases from Toiles collantes and poison damage from Salve d'éclairs de poison. You can use Nature Resistance to resist some of the Poison Bolt Volley damage, but its generally not worth the DPS loss.

The Rejetons de Mar'li start very weak but grow more powerful the longer they stay alive, so they must die as soon as possible.

Tank Tips

The pull is a bit tricky if the Porte-parole Witherbark near Mar'li is not mind-controlled. The Off-Tank needs to kite the Witherbark Speaker away from Mar'li in preparation to the shapeshift into Spider form.

The shapeshift into Spider form is by far the trickest part in this fight, Tank-wise. When Mar'li shapeshifts into Spider form, she also wipes all threat and starts charging towards the Ranged group. To counter this, a second Tank must be at the ready in the Ranged group, waiting for this transition, and once it happens, the second Tank needs to pick up Mar'li, re-establish threat, and move her back to her starting location. The first Tank then moves to the Ranged group and waits till the next transition into Spider form.

Healer Tips

Healers need to stay more than 30 yards from Mar'li at all times to void Salve d'éclairs de poison in her Troll form and Toiles collantes in her Spider form.
