Yes - there are multiple ways of identifying it:

- simply the name of the trinket: /use Token of Strength
OR
/use 13 (top trinket slot in character pane, 14 is the bottom)

Or If you want to use it immediately every cooldown, use a macro that casts an instant spell you will use all the time, and the trinket under it

/cast Shred
/use That on Use Trinket

Or macro it with a cooldown spell

/cast Tiger's Fury
/use That on Use Trinket
