The quest hubs I can think of right now are:
Ebon Watch
Argent Stand
Light's Breach
Voltarus (requires Ebon Watch)
Zim'Torga
Altar of Har'koa
When you do the Troll Patroll quest, you will hit another quest hub NW of Kolramas. That's pretty much it. The only chains that start with drops I can think of are one from undead trolls around Ebon Watch, and one from trolls in the Altar of Sseratus.
