WowReader & Wowhead do not go together?

I regulary upload data to Allakhazam with WoWReader, but I like WoWHead very much too, so decided to install your client side-by-side with WoWReader. But it seems when I upload using your client, there's nothing to upload anymore to your 'competitor'. Is that by design?

Both addons likely hook the same functions, so the last one loaded overwrites the hooks of the first, making the first not "get" anything.

I just tested it out and I had no problem uploading data using both clients, using the Wowhead Client first and then running WowReader.
