It's rather unusual that you'd be experiencing a Internal Error: 500, especially for so long. Can you check the version of the client you're running? We may also want to double check your login details.

well everytime when u launch client its check update and auto install .always was like this

its 1.9.11

but it was odd i check it my preovus upload Uploaded data +25 on 2017/04/26 so 6month arond had trouble.
prevous problem was diffrent we solved eventually

my total upload more then 100mb so i wasnt shy guy :D

now how to fixed few ago i tried dunno but data was becouse of pile up b
ecouse of i was upset disable addon some time(due cant upload just was annoying)
but few day ago was huge data even cmparesed like 4 mb around.but i think just 10m ago becouse of seen your answer try one more(while check version) puff its uploaded but was smaller.
whats happen really dont know why is data was smaller or what happen after 6 month and data was upload.

well i hope happen others too.

dunno its pure luck or i delete some folders or u fixed addon.
im clueless but for me after 6 month is fixed finaly

i think caracter data dispabled few day back for test

i edited twice 1 answered version then i tested omg upload then try solve why.then see diffrence not see my account name.

sorry for long and bad grammer post.hope can help other who have problem.try disable caracter datas .try another then right away disable with out restart client not work it.

at least i think soloiton for me this.
and with this how from 2-3 mb data down figured too

We fixed a larger underlying problem with large uploads just last month which fixed the vast majority of problems. The Internal Server Error: 500 wasn't something we had been able to replicate. I can find it in the error logs but very few. I'm glad to hear it worked for you now helladin.

I've had the client for some time and haven't been uploading regularly. I did notice the upload when wows closed to fix that but when I tried today I get Invalid status code: 500 after it pauses on finalizing the 2.7 mb of shared data i don't even know if its attempting the 20.2mb of account data. Ami better to clear it so it has fresh start?

Yes, the 20MB is above the threshold. You'll want to clear the lua files for the looter and have them regenerated. This should resolve the issue.

Delete the +Wowhead_Looter.lua (and +Wowhead_Looter.lua.bak) file in your World of Warcraft/WTF/Account/<Account Name>/SavedVariables folder. Then, go relaunch World of Warcraft. Give it a minute, close it and try to upload again.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

Just FYI Avast Antivirus started flagging the WoWHead Client as an IDP.Generic and quarantined it on my system. Just started this morning. I've added an exception for it, but just wanted to make sure you folks knew about it.

i just tried uploading my client data for the 2nd time today. The first time I had no issues or errors and everything uploaded fine. The second time, just several hours later, I get error code 500. The file size is 294.5 KB. My current version of the client is 1.9.11.

Update: I tried uploading my data this morning, and everything uploaded fine without issue.

I have some 2.2 MB of date I would love to upload, but during finilizing I get an error 500.

Would be a lot of data to loose if I need to delete the lua file.

Try again, the 500 error is usually just temporary.

I installed the client on my Mac and created the file that was needed as of MoP to find the server (not sure if it still is), figured to use my wowhead username and password and was able to even though I linked it to my battle.net account. Anyway, the issue I’m having is I login fine but all I get is the Wowhead logo in a box and I can’t do anything else.

However, when I get in game it shows the Wowhead looter is active.

Did I do something wrong?

Tried to upload data this AM and got message it "detected private server data" and asked me if I would approve renaming a folder. I have never been on a private server and I'm hesitant to let it make an automatic change without my full understanding of what has happened in the last 24 hours. I did enter the PTR yesterday and that is the only thing that may have affected this. Can you help me out here ?

Update #2: noticed a +Wowhead_Looter file in an account wide directory C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\{account name}\SavedVariables This was over 23Mb. Deleted it and set wowhead client to update on exit. The new files successfully uploaded this morning.

I quit playing WoW for awhile and have recently come back. New computer, new installation of WoW, and I wanted to install the Wowhead Client and be a Contributing Member of Society (TM) again.

And I got the infamous error: "Could not process update list. Please try again later."

Have you tried the following to see if it helps?

Delete the +Wowhead_Looter.lua (and +Wowhead_Looter.lua.bak) file in your World of Warcraft/WTF/Account/<Account Name>/SavedVariables folder. Then, go relaunch World of Warcraft. Give it a minute, close it and try to upload again.

I'm sorry to bug you guys about this again, but this is really bad.

Only a couple of days of farming and your wowhead looter addon lua file gets too big to upload. Check out the last time I uploaded data, and right now my file is 12MB and I am unable to upload.

Your addon cannot handle my farming. What can we do about this? I've lost so much data this year from these bugs that I'm not even sure it's worth continuing support of the addon until these problems are fixed.

Have you tried uploading since you posted this? Has the issue changed at all? If not, I believe I communicated via email that we you'd need to either stop and upload more often or consider stopping until we have the new client up (sometime near year). Alternatvely you could delete your lua files again when it reached a size too large for upload.

Hey, some time ago, i reported about my lock when i watch the Apperances it refreshes and go back to page one, you wanted to investigate this, but since its a little over a half a year ago, and i still have the bug, i want to hear what you found out ?

Its on ALL locks i have, i tried to make a trial one, same, i made a new one from lvl 1, the same.
Every other class works fine, just the lock that i got the problem on :/
I have tried the following.
Delete the Cache, delete the log, rename the WTF folder, only having wowhead looter enabled, but nothing helps, as soon as i disable WoWhead looter, i got no problem.

If i look in the .toc file i do have Interface 70300, but looking in the Wowhead_Looter.lua it states "Patch: 7.2.0 -- Updated: Feb 7, 2017", so a bit old i say.

So i made a few test i went in the Wowhead_Looter.lua and removed some lines.

3257 to 3259 -- Removing those lines stopped the refresh.
function wlEvent_TRANSMOG_COLLECTION_UPDATED(self, ...)
wlScanAppearances();
end

I do know you have not put those in just for fun, but it dos show that something with the wlScanAppearances is making the Lock screen refresh, what i have no clue :D But what is different between the lock and any other classes i do not know, an item that only the lock can use like the old MoP ones Betrayer Regalia

So i went and enabled the other lines again, and still worked, or well at least not refreshing any more.

So I resubbed, this time on my mac, and I still get the same issue with authentcation. It doesn't find me in the wowhead server or something it just says

I had the same problem when it was on my Bootcamp. my account with wowhead is my battle.net login so I am wondering where I am going wrong with everything.
