WoW Lore Question

Ok so I've been reading about the titans and deities and old gods from WoWwiki, but the more I read about them on different pages the more questions came to my mind. Here's a few.
So who actually created the land of Kalimdor (the way it was before the Great Sundering) ?
Was it the titans or was it Elune or who?
There's a big list of demi-gods and it includes all the most powerful entities of WoW (to my knowledge) including the Titans, the Old Gods, the Ancients and such, so are there no real Gods in WoW ?
Basically what I want to know is who came first and who created who. A sort of tier-list of WoW if you will.

Was it the titans or was it Elune or who?It was there already, before the Titans got there. Azeroth was formed naturally by the universes natural processes.

Thank you for all the answers so far.
But one thing: If Azeroth was always there, and Elune is the most powerful Eternal who protected all living things in the world, suggesting there were living beings in the world from the beginning too, then what exactly did the titans create?

Wowwiki
According to some statues scattered around Uldaman, the original five races of the world were trolls, earthen, tauren, mountain giants, and sea giants. The giants and the earthen were direct creations of the titans, to aid them in shaping Azeroth. It appears mechagnomes (which later became gnomes) were also created by the titans to help shape the world, but as mechagnomes resemble machines more than living organisms it is possible that the titans didn't consider them their own race. This may be the case with iron vrykul (which apparently later became normal vrykuls and humans) as well, although iron vrukyl are much similar to earthen. The trolls and tauren, it would seem, were the first races to evolve, or else the first creations of the titans not charged with assisting or defending Azeroth. However, the dragons might well predate all of them- certain passages from War of the Ancients refers to them as (in the Old Gods' minds) the "Titan's hounds". This, along with the discovery of Galakrond and the proto-dragons, seems to prove that the dragons were created by the titans to help safeguard Azeroth. Furbolgs also have legends of seeing the coming of the titans to the world from their homeland in Northrend, implying they predate the titans as well. Murlocs have also been implied to predate titans.

They created the Vrykul/Earthen/Clockwork Gnomes, among a few other things, which descended into humans/Dwarves/Gnomes.
Trollls supposedly evolved naturally, and a theory going around that I'm partial to is that the Night Elves came from the Trolls.

The Titans reshaped the world after the madness and insanity that existed while the Old Gods and their Elemental Lords warred. Elune shows up at some point after the Night Elves evolved/formed, and the Dragons are the 'oldest' natural Azerothian species, as the Titans empowered the spawns of the Great Proto with their abilities.

Well.. Treskol.
I think Eonar is a titan. Elune is never stated as a "Titan" but the Goddess of the Moon which is why we only think she is the only God mentioned yet.
Elune is thought to be Eonar under a different name, i.e. Neptune Poseiden wise, except she's also thought to be the Earthmother who's right eye is thought to be Elune, and seems to be more of an embodiment of the earth itself, and so on and so forth.

I thought it was pretty much stated somewhere that they did? Also goblins as well.
Has never been confirmed. And nothing on the goblins, as they were slaves of the trolls on Kezan, till they started mining up the Kaja'mite at which point they broke free and over threw/enslaved the trolls.

Weren't Night Elves supposed to be like the oldest and mightiest of the races on Kalimdor early on? I mean they were immortal and all..
Wow Lore is confusing :/

They weren't immortal till after the War of the Ancients when they were charged with protecting the World Tree and the new Well. It's still not completely clear if they actually evolved from the Trolls after being exposed to the powers of the original Well, but they did shatter the Troll empires once they were strong enough.....and then WotA hit.

The original Well of Eternity had made them immortal, I had always thought, which was one of the reasons why Illidan chose to create a new one.

Hm, just checked the Night Elf article, and it doesn't say so; doesn't mean that the Well wasn't a natural source of keeping them alive longer of course, as even if you weren't a magi, being that close to a source of pure magic would probably affect you and give you a lesser dose of what the magi got. Thought, Elves live for a god awful long time even without magic at times heh.
Illidan was trying to give the Night Elves back the source of their powers again...plus you know, Emo-King didn't want to become 'normal' without the intense power of the Well to draw off, same as the Highborne who later split apart(well they were exiled but you know the arrogance of Elves heh).

On Tyrande's, it says this:
As she felt the energies of Azshara's gateway grow, Tyrande knew that they had to stem the flow of demonic reinforcements. Malfurion came up with the idea that they must destroy the Well, which was doubtless the portal's location. At first, Cenarius and Alexstrasza were wary, knowing that only the Well of Eternity gave them their powers. Tyrande, however, though she too enjoyed her immortality and power, realized that it must be done to save their world, and convinced them to go along with it. So, it would seem that the Well of Eternity
was
the original source of the night elves' immortality.

Huh, suppose.

Hmmm... I had thought that it didn't make them immortal...
Of course, this is Knaak we're talking about...
Then again, if the Elves evolved from Trolls thanks to the Well, then it would have to have extended their lifespans, since Malfurion and Tyrande are listen as like 15,000 in the War3 manual.

Has been used in other fantasy realms to explain the long life span of some races; and humans and other 'short' lives in Warcraft seem to be able to live longer due to magic(Khadgar is the most obvious example as without his magic, Medivh would have killed him when he did the whole soul/magic drain thing).
