So, when you relog, it removes the bug right? Can you then attack the mob?

Have you tried /reload ui instead of logging out completely and coming back in? And I thought the mob only went for you when attacked it?

Or if you are having issues, find someone else on the quest as well that can hold the boss off you while you fix the error.

Next time you encounter a bug, come here first and search for the quest and read the comments. Any bugs or special stuff will be mentioned.
If nothing, post a thread in the appropriate forums here.

Still if nothing works, then raise a ticket in-game.

It is best to find a current work-around by other players, because solving it yourself in a few hours of internet searching is better than waiting 10+ hrs for a ticket to be responded to.
