Whoa.. you changed a lot in it.. al the level 40's and 50's talents have been moved, though... i really like some of the ideas. the new talents look nice, and they are well thought off. I just wouldnt move around with it that much.

as much as i like you're new additions, some are just too OP.
Moonkin at lvl 60? QQ i really enjoyed going swift-kin spec for arenas, moonkin + isntant healing touch = wtfpwn.
if moonkin form gained mana from spellcasts, raiders would stack up on nothing but spdmg, and spam rank 1 moonfire till they're mana came back up.
and i love the idea of a faerie fire nuke =D however, -25% chance to hit... would be like cutting his arms and legs off. even for 15 seconds, it'd give anyone enough time to tear the target to shreds.
i love stalking though, it would prove lovely for tanking, as well as ravaging.
i wonder what a wraithcat would look like....
i love the imp omen of clarity, altho most non-feral druids skip it as its excrucitatingly hard to time.
i like the new nurturing instinct. makes me want to rejuv/regrowth, and lifebloom myself and go cat form just for the imp heals
Edit: i didnt realize they were actually implying this in 2.4. its gonna be l33t.
all in all, i really like some of the ideas, ima play around with this too, maybe come up with some more op-ness :D

3. I really like the 30% shifting cost reduction from druid of the claw, so long as it stacks with natural shapeshifter in the restoration tree (additive stacking to 60%). Right now before talents it costs a feral druid 830 mana per shapeshift, and I see the mana cost as one of our biggest issues in pvp. A feral druid with 5000-6000 (average) mana in feral gear cannot afford that kind of shifting cost. With natural shapeshifter it comes down to 580 mana. If we had both this druid of the claw talent reduction as well as natural shapeshifter it'd be 332 mana, which is far more manageable.
The mana cost would become 406.7 I belive since most of the % effects don't work like "30%+30%=60%". they would do like this:
830*(1-0.3)² =406.7
your calculation:
830*((1-0.3)-0.3)=332

I really like Nightlynx's idea about armor effecting how our forms look. I also agree that we should get Dire Cat form, gives us Improved Armor and possibly improved agility?
Something like while we are in Dire Bear/Dire Cat (if we get something like that) we get "armor" onto our model, such as shoulderpads, some leather to cover our paws, scaled leather armor goind down our back and tail 2 big leather plates on our back legs. Man, that would be cool. :]
