Some of your racials are incorrect for WOTLK, but I may be wrong and they may have been changed back to what they are now, but I digress.
There is no "best race". They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Between the four, what do you hate the most; fear, movement imparing effects, stuns, or spells in general? Then go from there.

The best race for any rogue is undead hands down, you will find a use for Will of the Forsaken a lot. As well as underwater breathing.
I love my undead rogue.
