Your HP, armor and avoidance are OK for heroic starting. Two short suggestions:
1 - get rid of the wasted resilience item budget points.
2 - try and buy/farm the mats for the three epics that will get you a head start into heroics: the Trollwoven belt and shoulders, plus the Durable Nerubhide Cape. A leatherworker can craft those. You'll notice a HUGE increase in tanking potential.
Side note: defense rating is good but not needed now. Try and focus more on agility and dodge rating for pure avoidance. Don't ignore stamina either! Hit rating and especially expertise will get you a long way also for threat generation and survivability.
