Why No Guild rep?

I have 9 characters on Doomhammer. I play on 7 of them quite a bit and they all get guild rep when turning in quests except for my new main. He is a level 85 druid. Sometimes he gets guild rep but he will go days without getting guild rep. I do the same dailies on other accts like firelands and tol barards and they get good guild rep and when I do them on him he does not get guild rep. He would be very close to exalted with the guild if he did get it every day because I am very active on that account. Anyone else have this problem? Is it a glitch of some sort? It's been going on for weeks so I know logging out and in won't fix it.

Is that toon hitting the weekly cap on guild rep? If you're doing a ton of quests that can, and will, happen.

there is indeed a guild rep cap for each week, once you reached that you wont gain any guild rep till it resets on tuesday/wensday (depending if your US or EU)

Nah, even for starter quests, you should get 1 rep at least every other quest or so. It's simply the weekly cap, 4375 reputation, which cannot be extended e.g. by the guild tabards anymore since 4.2, they just help you reach that "unbuffed" cap quicker, which sounds to be the case here.
