arms is definitely better for most fights. both single target and AoE damage is really strong for arms.
arms does have it's weak spots, though:
1) target switching (reapplying rend every time)
2) downtime (losing slaughter buff, rend falls off, etc)
3) burst (quite low) - arms burst is bad enough that i have to have a fury spec when we work on spine. i do pretty decent dps on most fights (high 40's to low 50's on ultraxion), but i was the lowest dps in the raid on the tendon when we started heroic spine. just by switching to fury, i moved to highest.
so fights with downtime/burst phases, fury probably wins (morchok, hagara, spine). anything else arms is significantly better.

Arms is indeed way better than fury at the moment. Even on heroic spine arms can be better than fury, or at least equal because with 25% nerf (soon 30%) the damage to tendons shouldn't really be a problem. And even if the tendons are causing problem arms can still do ridiculous damage on them if you use your cooldowns perfectly.

Guy's it getting to that point were Fury was nerf pretty bad into the ground, but people manage to go Fury and pull top dps. I haven't played my warrior in forever and i wan't to know before i go pve raiding.
Which is better Arms pve or Fury pve?
If anyone can help me leave a comment below about the Stats and Why
Please and thank you community :).

sure, arms warriors can do "enough" damage with the current nerfs, but no, they cannot be anywhere near what fury can pull. arms simply doesn't have any major cooldowns to use on a regular basis.
arms can be better or equal only if you count blood dps, which most people don't.

Obviously fury has more burst with deathwish and reck + trinket, but thats only good for tendons and that is no longer the important thing about that encounter.
Just saying its good to have arms bring more overall dps to bring amalgs and bloods down quicker so you dont get overwhelmed. With these nerfs the tendon dps is not really important.
Imho there is no reason to even have fury spec at the moment, arms is just that much better in everything.

I've personally played all three DPS specs in Dragon Soul content (Arms, TG Fury, and SMFury), as one might (should) expect, each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. However, with my current level of gear, I pull perhaps more than my fair share of DPS for our C1 group. Ultraxion, I spike up to perhaps 60K+, then level out to at 39K at the lowest, with 45K+ for the rest of the fight. Any fight where you're sitting on the boss for all if not most of the fight, Arms
will
win, hands down.
As for TG Fury, imo, it has a greater amount of movement on demand, very high and hard burst on demand, and even the defensive capabilities can be a live-saver on hard modes. I'm referring to such things as
as a filler (as Arms, you wouldn't be able to fill this point as it'd only be a filler),
(another filler),
Mastery: Unshackled Fury
affecting
, and the bonus benefit of a second 2hander adding more stam (and strength). While yes, one should not focus on defensive CDs when you job is to deal damage, not to take it, one should keep in mind that DS has a crapload of AoE/Raid-Wide damage going on,
especially
in hard modes.
SMFury is basically like TG, but with far more stable rage generation than TG. I've heard that instead reforging for a mountain of hit (after crit), you'd favor haste over mastery. Personally, I still favor a ton of hit with mastery mainly for the perks to major CDs. If someone can produce elitistjerks-type numbers to the contrary, I'm all for it.
TLDR;
Arms
= Single Target and Large AoE on Demand.
TG Fury
=
High
burst on demand, fairly stable Cleave/AoE DPS.
SMFury
= Fairly
high
burst on demand with slightly less DPS on Cleave/AoE, but with a more stable rage generation overall.
Every spec prefers 8% Hit > 26(/26) Expertise > Crit, but after that, they all differ. Arms immediately wants Mastery, TG wants bonus Hit over Mastery, and SMF is really up to you imo.

It all depends on how you set up your build and how you use it, in general, I think it's better Fury PvE, you can play a good role of DPS doing much damage with two weapons Two-Hands.
Instead a build Arms you recommend it only for PvP since so much is bet on the periodic damage, regeneration and production of rage.
actually, arms is much better sustained single target damage for PVE now. fury is only better on fights where the large burst is helpful, like spine and perhaps hagara.
