I would recommend gUI 3.0 beta for MoP. You can find it on curse.com. It's really nice and clean. There is also a facebook page for it where you can contact the developer with any questions or concerns.

I second elvui. It's quite amazing and comes packed with heaps of extra features than just normal ui packs. As well as an easy setup guide when you load it into wow for the first time.
