I am levelling a rogue with LW/skinning currently, but once I hit 70 I'm going to drop skinning and pick up Enchanting or Engineering.
If I were you, I'd keep enchanting, mainly for the ring enchants, and because it's already over 300. Now, choosing between engineering and LW is up to you. Engineering has that really nice helm, and lots of helpful trinkets, and LW has all the BoP gear you can make for yourself.
I know it's not much help, but I hope I gave you some useful info.

go for engineering ! as a rogue will it be better then every pvp item, and pve item up to after t5.
The bombs is nice for pvp aswell :)
You'll get some very nice extra stuff, like a teleporter, or a nice mount and things like that
Not everything is useful in PvP. Many items are restricted at Arena etc.
I am JC. Level up is not soo nasty, except 280-300, and you earn quite good on it.

Alchemy is a good gathering skill. However, if you are looking to jump ship completely and have other gathering toons, then you might want to consider Engineering/Jewelcrafting. High levels can make very cool gear and socket gems for that cool gear. Please read expensive though.

I make lots of money with alchemy, and it's useful as a rogue because I can make major agility pots, or flasks of relentless assault for myself, and mad alchemist potions are awesome to have around.
