+10 Strength.
Why? Blessing of Kings and other buffs that increase your stats by a percentage will affect Strength, but not raw AP.

You may not have a Pally running around buffing you, but Strength is still better for the times that you do. Strength is better for gaining AP than AP is, while crit rating is better for Gaining crit than Agility is. Think about possibilities; all stats are not the same =)
