Huntards (or anyone) who need rolls on Essence of Gossamer when the tank also need rolls because he has either DPS trinkets/Old trinkets/Green trinkets just because the stam is good for PvP.

After a wipe, why is it expected that the healer will run all the way back to the wipe area and rez everyone? Come on, let's run together for the camraderie, how about it? I realize that healers CAN rez, but while I am running back, you are getting a drink, using the bathroom, etc. Once I am done rezzing, you expect to be ready to roll. What about my bladder?

When this happens on my Druid, I always go for a drink or biobreak, when I come back /p or /raid is full of: "WTF? WHERE THE DROOD GO? I WANT A REZ"
I usually just rage groups like that, I don't care if I'm saved ><

DK's tanking in Unholy / Blood Presence
RP Server (I like the lore, but it's just too much)
Many many more
And this one time was freaking annoying...
We were doing OS25, 3 Drakes left, so tanks run in, and I was assigned as raid healing.
The whole 3rd raid group was a bunch of friends doing a 'lan' in someones garage.
So when I had to heal some of them, they weren't even auto attacking ><
Apparantly while we were discussing tactics and stuff in front of the boss, the girl of the group wanted some alone time with one of the guys, the 3 other were peeping Tom's ...
Oh I never raged a group that fast lol

On the same lines as Bigmiker. People who will willingly stand in dalaran for >20 minutes while expecting a summon for Naxx.
And the people who just sit in the Instance dead while everyone runs back is a good one as well.
People who say "omg wtf" after wipe. If they don't know what wiped them, they can't have been paying a grand amount of attention.
ohohoh. And , Getting combat locked, and not being able to take a flight/drink/eat/mount untill you relog.
