Demonic Tactics >> Devastation. Look at the tooltips. 1% crit for all your critable spells and your all your demon's abilities, or just 1% crit for your destruction spells?
A point or two in mana feed is very useful for a Felguard build, especially if you're teamed with a healer.
Otherwise, looks good.
