Go with COH. For raid, you don't really need much in the discipline tree. If you get hit by a mob or boss, you will be dead anyways whether you have more in discipline or not. LOL! Link your builds tho. Then we can comment on where the points should go, and what would be a better idea for a build. I'm assuming you are trying to decide on COH or not though, and in raid, if there are aoe waves and you can coh a couple times and max the whole raid's HP out again, it's usually a very good thing.

For Karazhan, especially if you're going to be the only holy priest in your raid group, I'd recommend going with a 23/38 DS build. Having Imp DS will be more of a benefit to your group than CoH. There are very few, if any, situations in Karazhan where CoH is useful.
That's not to say that CoH isn't good. It is, in the right situations. It just doesn't really start to shine until you get into higher end 25-man raiding.

I stand corrected. I agree, 10 man is better with that build. I was thinking larger raid. Go go not paying attention! lol =)
