For bracers, if your raid is able to clear Karazhan you should have no problem getting the
Bands of Nefarious Deeds
from Maiden. Unfortunately there is no true afflock belt in Karazhan, so your best bet is the
Belt of Depravity
from Harbinger Skyriss in heroic Arcatraz.
The most common afflock raiding build is
44/0/17
, similar to your build with only minor differences.
