It's the hat, whip and digging tools of Indy. The server first having all artefacts recovered will launch an angry mob event. Harrison Jones will be cut to mince meat. This will unlock the 10th icon, where you have to recover his body parts from the crannies and nooks of stormwind, 35 fragments at a time.

if someone could help that would be great i have arch 525 and yet have no clue? ty
If you use the api command you can see that this is not implemented yet. Im guessing either in a future content patch or expansion it will be released. My coin is on "Exploreres league" as the faction
Clearly shows the current race as "Other" with 0 keystones or frags in game for it.
