What armor should my lvl 80 Hunter wear for heroics

Your current armory has you wearing resist gear a lot. Is that your normal everyday gear? Or did you log out after doing a raid? Your hit is extremely low, and you lack enchants. Your bow has no scope. Post an armory with your gear that you normally group in so others here can help.

First, post an updated armory link with the stuff you regularly use while grouping. Log into the game, make sure you are equipping the items you normally use, log out. Go to wow's armory site and find your armory. Come back here and link, so others can see what you currently have.
Second, read thru the post stickied at the top of this forum for gear suggestions.
Can't really help if we don't know exactly what we are working with.

First off replace all your resist gear with gear that has hit on it. Your way below the hit cap right now. Try to get the
chest
and these
boots
from Argent Crusade, these
gloves
from reg Utgarde Pinnacle, this
head
for reg Oculus,
another drop
from reg Utgarde, a
belt
from
this
quest, and another
Slicer
. That should definitely help you hit rating problem.
Also get rid of that first trinket and replace it with something more reasonable. Expertise does nothing for hunters because we are a ranged class. Try to get
this
from a quest in Dragonblight. This
gun
from Argent Crusade would help too with your hit until you can get your hands on the
Drake X-bow
. Get some enchants and gem your gear and you'll be ready.
As far as your spec try the
50/21
"every one's" using now before the patch and try the
SV
spec that Leth has been suggesting on the forums for the past few days for after the patch.
