Your job is to cast shadow bolts. Apply corruption if you have it instant to all mobs being tanked. Run the imp so the melee get their stamina buff. Load up all dots on the bosses and keep them going.
Bonus points for handing out healthstones and soul stoning the priest.

Sounds like you have pressed "v" at some point to make the bars show up.
::Edit:: And yes, I found it hard to take at those levels how by the time I'd put all my dots on, the mob was already dead.

put little red health bars over the mobs heads.
The problem you may find with DamageMeters is that it's combat log range is not extended and there for a hunter at max range ont he other side of the mobs will get missed damage (for example).
Recount is pretty much superior in every way and has a 200 yard combat range. However, it is quite taking on your connection if you raid with it.

NOTE shadowfang keep.....50% mobs is either immune or got spell res against shadow

You do have a few shadow-immune types and a bunch will short-term spell immunity in there, this is true.
