It's not that pronounced, WF/FT would give him more like 3.1k dps-ish. Still better, not miles better.

If you were to switch to WF/FT it means you CAN have a fast offhand. Not that you are limited to one.
Stormstrike can proc WF on both weapons though, no? So that would still benefit from having a slow(er) off-hand weapon.
Also, what is WF/WF compared to WF/FT with lower level gear? Thinking level 80 blues? That's still the category most people are in I reckon?
