If you're heading away from the Wetlands, you go through the first tunnel, then take the right just outside the end of that tunnel. There will be plenty of Dragonmaw Grunts(and others) right there. You have to get through them to get to the building.

Can anyone point me in the direction of Raptor Ridge ... my Wetlands map looks complete but I still need Raptor Ridge for Exploration Achievement
i used this site to help me explore, it labels all the subzones

There's a valley in the hills northwest of the Dragonmaw Gates.. Coordinates are about 67,40..

Head in the direction of Grim Batol, but just before you get to the first set of gates, look left.
