I don't have much time right now, but honestly one cannot expect to create a talent build without flaw if they are inexperienced at doing so.

Here is the standard template, which you tried to recreate:

All-Around/Efficiency (Protection) - 12/5/44

There is an alternative 11/5/45 build, obviously very similar (deduct a point from Imp. Heroic Strike).

Also, never take Booming Voice in a tanking build. Cruelty & Imp. Demoralizing Shout are the only things a dedicated tanking build with 61 points will ever use.

Some of the other things you missed:

Iron Will is never taken with a pure tanking build (it's basically useless)
Imp. Defensive Stance is not necessary for new tanks, you'll know when you need it.
Focused Rage is basically required by all pure tanking builds (the only exception does not apply to you at all)
Imp. Taunt is a largely preference, it is not vital to any build
Imp. Sunder Armor 3/3 is also required for most scenarios since 2.3
Lack of Imp. Thunderclap (this is partially preference, but if taking Anger Management, take this talent as well)
