Unsolicited COD mail?

How common is that scam? People sending you some unsolicited COD mail with nothing valuable in it, but you have to pay big money before you can open it to find out what's in it?
Has everybody gotten them, or was mine unusual?
This could sort of go with the noob thread, warning people about scams to watch out for in the game.

You can't send giftwrapped items CoD anymore. So it's not common at all anymore :P

This scam is still around, in various forms, though I must say it's one of the clumsiest scams ever. Best one I ever got in my mail was such a scam-attempt where the sender forgot to click the COD box, thus handing me a fair amount of money. :-)
