Go directly to the other raiding build threads. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.
The first rule of the raiding build is Destro to Bane. This takes 40/21/0 right out of the equation. 30/21/10 is an oddity that sometimes comes up, but is inferior to the cookie cutter raiding builds as it scales not at all and lacks the extra dot and mana recovery of deep affliction.
