I can't get the Twilight Highlands portal in ORG to open.
....
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Assuming you have done
this quest
,
including putting on the parachute after you knock the dragon off the ship
!
You then follow that up with
this quest
You may have to go back to Azshara and start over from there.

I can't get the Twilight Highlands portal in ORG to open.
Got the quest from Captain Krazz. I don't remember the name of quest, but it's the one where we Join the fleet and get attacked by dragons after Garoth sicks planes on enemy. Got pulled off the zep by a dragon and fell to ground. No quest providers on beach or on boats.

The problem is in the text. your not supposed to get pulled off the zep by a dragon and fall to the ground. youve prolly tired of hearing this, but abandon what ever quest you have and pick up the Twilight Skies quest again. stand there at the zep tower in azshara untill it shows up, get on it and enjoy the RP. eventually your zep is attacked by a dragon and at this point go ahead and try out your dps on it although it doesnt matter if it dies or not. once the drake is off the ship you will hear the npcs yelling out that the zep is heavily damage and to abandon ship. while your on the zep look for the parachute packs and click on them to be safely lowered to the horde ships just off the shores of dragonmaw port. apon landing safely on the ship on the water throught the use of the parachute you should recieve quest credit for Twilight Skies.
