I used to play EU before MoP - had a level 85 Tauren warrior, and a couple alts in their 50s. More importrantly, i had sets of heirlooms and a Cenarion Hatchling pet.
The characters are deleted due to over a year of inactivity. However, I was wondering if there's any way I could transfer my looms and account-bound stuff to my new US account (I switched to US cos most of my friends play US).
Unless you personally deleted your characters they are not gone, there are no automatic deletions.
As a rule it is not possible to transfer an account from EU to NA, though I have heard of some exceptions made in the past through petitions for people that physically moved to another continent.
