i know that it goes like this:

but this where im confused is the next set 59 or 60 as toplevel is BG
i'm 1k exp away from level 60 but i want a pvp mount so in will stop at level 59 and do BG's til black war wolf
butif top level is 60 then i shall ding for the extra tp
plz help
