3/8, all the worse because I was see-sawing over a number of those choices (e.g. Roosters, Knights). I didn't realise the Roosters/Cowboys match was up in Darwin - I think that would've pushed me back over the line!

Yeah, they're a bad pest. Seriously, take a couple of hundred as pets, and a few hundred more for meat (it tastes good but it's quite dry, so put it in a stew or something).

Doesn't surprise me. A lot of their habitat is getting destroyed, plus I'm sure chlamydia wipes out a few of them. Or is there some other reason that I'm missing?
The story behind the extinction of the thylacine (Tasmanian tiger) is truly sad.

It died out in captivity though, due to the politics-fueled mismanagement of the zoo in Hobart where the last ones were kept.
