Solved lol found the guy that neede rescuing from the submerged out-house.
Qestes can be done at any lvl, they all help towards getting to 85 lol.
They all might help, but the 100xp you get from completing a quest 20~ levels below you isn't going to be a big help... you'd be better off spending that time questing/grinding out quests/mobs at your level (unless you're going there for rep, in which case, grind low level quests until you get what you want).
