Good level 70 pvp build? I think this is the one i am gonna use for pvp and mabey instances

Honestly, for pvp/instances, I'd go with Efficiency over Improved Concussive, most stuff in instances, esp heroics, are stun immune anyways. Plus you will use less mana on shots, allowing you to last longer in both pvp and instances. Go with arcane 5 instead of 3/2 in stings, with a scorpid pet you won't be using anything except mana drain sting in arenas (scorpid poison helps to keep it from being dispelled). Also take 2 from improved wing clip and put them into survivalist or clever traps instead, traps will help with snake traps especially (15% more snakes plus the longer duration on frost/freeze) more snakes means more interrupts in pvp, plus snake traps can immobilize with entrapment talent. Or you can go with survivalist for the extra bonus to overall HP. If you have HP to spare, you can push the SV tree down to 20 and get trap mastery and surefooted for increased mobility and less chance of resists from well geared individuals
