epic fail.
meditation is useless in pvp - gladiators gives no spirit.
imp pws is fail as well, it only adds like 3 points of extra dmg obsorbtion, your much better off with imp pw fort.
other than that, ok, so your a lolsmite priest with silence who can stack a shadowdmg debuff for some reason. gratz?

Err No. Improved Power Shield is calculated after your +healing so if you have +1500 healing:
Without Imp PW:S: 1265+(1500*.3) = 1715
With Imp PW:S: 1715*1.15 = 1972
Difference: 257
Imp Fort typically gets dispelled if you're facing a shaman or priest. When I'm on my priest, I cast a lot of shields in arena, especially when facing a warrior since shields aren't affected by the MS debuff. The absorption is also calculated after armor damage reduction. It's not so great a talent for PVE but very useful in arenas, especially when coupled with Reflective Shield.
I think it used to be calculated off the base value (as well as healing talents) before +healing was added. It was changed at some point, thus the confusion.
As for the build, I don't know where you're going with it. Silence is sweet, especially in the smaller brackets but SW debuffs are only useful if you're gonna follow up with more shadow spells, if you're gonna smite mostly, it's useless, even with a lock partner. You're better off going with the higher level disc talents like PI and Force of Will if you're gonna lolsmite. 21 points is a lot of talent points to invest/waste for a silence. You're gonna see a lot of crits if you're mind flaying/sw:p since they don't crit, you'll be relying on MB to crit and it's on a CD. Imo, Shadow is only effective if you take Darkness and SF, those multipliers add up.
