You can't. Not even knockback from rockets or stickies will affect a Spy.
Blood spatters, flames, bleeds all show spies.
Also, turn on the option that makes a ding noise every time you hit an enemy. Shooting a disguised spy will cause the ding to go off.
Okay did some testing before I wrote this to clarify for people/cover my ass.
The following are true:
-Blood from bleed-inducing weapons and flames will show on a disguised spy, that's what makes the Southern Hospitality/Tribalman's Shiv and flamethrowers effective for spychecking.
-Shooting a disguised spy with a gun will
not
show damage or blood splatters on him. I even went to far as to test whether I saw him disguise or not.
-Shooting a disguised spy with the ding feature enabled does
not
make it sound off
but:
-Shooting/harming a spy caught in the act of disguising will cause the ding feature to play.
-Explosives/explosive knockback will not show damage/affect a disguised spy, respectively.

That's what I thought aye.
Medics can't tell whether it's a spy until you kill it. So I normally just bonesaw and hope for a crit.

Airblast will also Knock them back, can be handy against a DR if you hit him cloaked, set him on fire then just keep him pinned 'til the damage reduction falls off. Also if you're spychecking and know that their spy is a really good one, make sure that you would have done enough damage to kill them, as a good DR spy won't activate it immediately so as to assuage suspicion, and otherwise they won't be deterred by being attacked as they know there are no outward effects, so common to see a soldier spycheck with only one rocket, see no reaction and assume it' safe. Also something you missed from your list Lan, hitting a duisguised spy with a heal on hit, Blutsauger/Black Box, will still heal you.

Disguised Spies no longer trigger On-Hit effects (like the Blutsauger's heal)
source.

Strange, seemed to work a few times when I was mucking about with the BB, must just not have been paying attention.

You may have glanced someone else with the splash or hit him mid-disguise.

who gets killed by spy the most?

pezz
Whoever never turns around, mostly.
That said, spies tend to target the following targets, in certain situations (this isn't in any order. Actually I probably shouldn't have numbered them) :
1) Snipers, because they're easy marks (most rarely pay attention to their surroundings) and tend to be isolated or well behind their team, making them safe targets. They aren't always the most high value targets, but they're very low-risk, usually.
2) Engies with bases at important and difficult-to-blow-up locations.
3) Medics, because you can really slow down a team by killing a mostly-charged medic.
4) Heavies with medics, because it's tough as hell for anyone other than you and snipers to actually finish them off, and if you don't, the medic will just heal him right back up. Obviously you should try to just kill his medic, but with a dumb heavy and a smart medic taking out the heavy makes killing the medic much easier for the rest of your team.

Lol. People pushing the cart.
For spies? That's the last place I'd want to be.
Otherwise, I like killing them too =D

I tend to catch Heavies and Medics a lot as spy.

5 people pushing the cart? 5 backstabs (Y)
I tend to catch Heavies and Medics a lot as spy.
That's what seperates medics from good medics. Good medics are supposed to cover the rear.

The saddest part is I'm an absolutely atrocious spy. I always have this tendency to get burned by soulless monsters and engineer wrenches.

But not even the best medic can defeat the facestab!
ty server lag!

Speaking of server lag. Sniping. I just don't even. You have to shoot behind people to hit them =.=

Find a server that is closer to your location. Even so, tf2's hitboxes are pretty inconsistent. Probably only one of the real flaws of the game.

And the lag compensation is a huge factor too, can shoot where their head was half a second ago and get the headshot.
