Rem doesn't play as much as he used to, and won't be making any more updates to the thread. IRL won this battle.....damn you RL!

Imp SS is bad. No Relentless Strikes is bad. No Vile Poisons is bad. That build for PvE is bad. Try the one listed in the Spec section.

These are the only combo speccs a PVE rogue can select and choose? I am a big fan of dagger rogue. sword using rogues do a very high amount of damage but guys if u want to play with swords like that just create a fury warrior..dont forgot that the best abilities- skills that do instant high amount of damge that rogue has require dagger.. Yesterday I came up with this talent tree- idea and i want some opinions from all users in this ..

Yes, they are, because they're mathematically proven to provide the best possible dps. If you decide to deviate from them, then you're only hurting yourself and your raid. It's not complicated. And PvE dps isn't about "OMG I KEN HAZ BIG NUMBER CRITZ LOL", it's about sustained damage over time. Therefore as a general rule, the more reliant on burst damage a build becomes, the worse it will do in a raid situation.

Can we have

added to this guide?
Rogues
Unbuffed:
AP: 1300+ (early Kara), 1500+ (later Kara)
Hit: 6% (early Kara)
Crit: 20% (early Kara)
Early Kara: Your hit rating and crit chance rating combined should be around 10%, for later Karazhan it should equal around 15%
If desired: Hit rating of 308.1 along with Precision and Weapon Expertise to theoretically never miss. Don't sacrifice too much AP for it, but try to get hit rating high early on.
I believe it would help answer many people's questions.

LMAO. How in the world is it good advice to say that you should aim for a
combined
Hit and Crit rating of 15%? Show me one person who has 308 Hit rating and isn't in any T4 or higher gear. Those suggestions are terrible.

I wouldn't know.
I have mentioned before that I do not know about rogues.
What would be correct?

Only thing Rogues need to worry about is 7-8K Hp unbuffed, and 200+ Hit rating. The rest of the stats will come naturally if you ain for these requirements. After that, if you follow the AEP from Shadowpanther, or the EP from ElitistJerks, upgrading gear as it drops when its beneficial will improve from there.

My question I have is: How much of an impact does the Tier 4 2-set bonus have on overall performance? I must say I do love being able to use S&D at 2 combo points, be able to get a 5-point rupture going, and get another 2-point S&D up without S&D going off and by rinsing and repeating not having rupture go off either.
I'm Currently Using the T4 Gloves combined with the helm for the set bonus. Recently I received the T5 Gloves. Now it would appear that the T5 gloves are an upgrade to the T4 ones but I will break the set bonus if I use them.
I'm wondering from more experienced Rogues if its worth it to stick with the set bonus for a while longer or if it will benefit me more to use the Deathmantle gloves.

Does that give you enough time to put in the 5r and get the 3s back up again before S&D drops off? Both in the duration and energy regen? or will you need to rely on some combat potency procs in order to keep it up? oh and btw.. LOVE the sig :P
