You should remember who
Mor'ghor
is right? Well, as far as I know, he doesn't want to join the Horde. All NPCs that offer services to players (like the repairer and the flight master) in Dragonmaw Port aren't allow to offer you their services cause of Mor'ghor, and the Azerothian Dragonmaw (the non-fel orcs ones) aren't very happy with their "Warchief" (as Mor'ghor calls himself Warchief Mor'ghor now). There are some quest text about an uprising against Mor'ghor from the Dragonmaw wanting to return to the Horde so I doubt Mor'ghor will last long.

Point is, if the Alliance has Kurdran, I wouldn't expect the Horde to have a nobody that no one cares about.

Since Kurdan Wildhammer (the Alliance's 'Saurfang' badass character)
Muradin > Kurdran.
Stupid Wildhammers.

The Dragonmaw NPCs in Twilight Highlands talk about how they're tired of Mor'ghor and his fel orcs bringing their clan down the drain, so I think the first main objective over there will be to kill him off to make an alliance with the Dragonmaw.
There used to be a youtube video with a sound file where Garrosh speaks to some "Dragonmaw battlemaiden", might be the one taking over the throne?

Hm, I red at the MMO-Champion forums (yeah, I know) that Micky Neilson (the guy who wrote Unbroken) said in this year's Comic-con that he is going to write a short-story about Garrosh that will be featured in the official Cataclysm website. I may answer some questions about Garrosh's shifts in personality and his hate of the Alliance hopefully.

I am perfectly fine with Garrosh tearing apart the Horde as long as the Alliance get the same treatment. Do we really need to lose two leaders AND have Garrosh angering the others? I hope Garrosh learns his lesson sooner rather than later.

Cairne dead.
Thrall off helping to save the world(he will be back)
Sylvanas is evil(and setting herself up as the Lich Queen).
New Trade prince possibly turning a page.
Lor'themar possibly more active.
Garrosh helping to strengthen the Horde in a different way then Thrall.
Sorry, don't see a 'tearing' apart of the Horde like you do.

Understatement of the century =P
The dwarves were so pissed off that they declared war and are currently trying to exterminate the non-Moira Dark Irons.

The dwarves were so pissed off that they declared war and are currently trying to exterminate the non-Moira Dark Irons.
everyone knows that ironforge dwarves, and shadowforge dwarves are like serbians and bosnians, they hate each other with a frenzy.
what upsets me is all the internal strife within the horde, but the relatively nice status of the alliance =/
if they are gonna beat a faction with a stick, they should beat the other one too, but so far, humans dwarves, gnomes, nelves, draenei, and worgen are buddy-buddy, there is some internal tension between dwarves, but not between dwarves and the rest of the alliance.
the worgens are the prime example of perfectly good plot gone to waste, Gilneans were the most NASTY members of the alliance, back on the second war, just about every member of the alliance hated them, for their arrogancy, snubish attitude, insolence, prepotence, and more.
furthermore, several members of the alliance felt betrayed when Genn decided to turn his back to the alliance that kept his nation safe during the second war, and saw his wall as a selfish action.
now fastfoward to cataclysm, and there is no inner tension between the stormwind humans and gilnean humans, there is no tension between people having to fight side-by-side with worgen (when worgens in general are more feral and agressive than undead), they had disconfort in working with ebon knights, but aparently feel just fine working with worgens :S
to crank this up to eleven, we have the nation that for the past 20 years has been depicted as the biggest jerkasses on azeroth, now suddenly turned into noble martyrs, and aparently getting along great with the rest of the alliance, no inner tensions, no grudges for their abandonement 20 years ago, no disconfort of working with formerly feral creatures, nada.
see where I'm getting?
