leveling style is personal preference. Whichever playstyle you like, do it like that. They both work.

Mace spec is a pvp build, so a pvp spec would look somethin like this:

Though if you choose to level up with arms, id suggest doing so with poleaxes. More and better polearms and axes to choose from while leveling than maces. And Maces tend to have the lowest dps stats out of the 3 types of 2h. (poleaxes>swords>maces) for dps output anyhow. Once you hit lvl 70, and switch to a pvp spec though, it ends up being exactly opposite.

For leveling, a 2H fury build with imp. Slam and Sweeping Strikes is extremely efficient. I haven't leveled as a DW fury warrior at this point, but I don't see how it could get much faster than this build with a nice, slow two hander.

You should try it out when you can pick up those talents.
