She does sell the pattern, she just only has 1 at a time.
Some people camp her and sell the pattern on the AH for a lot more than she sells it for. I camped her for a friend, took about 45 minutes to re-appear in her list. She can have more than one single-purchase item in her list, so just be diligent and it'll be there.

this pattern usaully spawns every 30 minutes, it is random time ive seen it at the :30 mark, the 3:54pm mark and so on... it usually always spawns each hour within 30 min intervals. if you arent seeing it after a few hours chances are someone else macro'd it
