So, my guild is raiding naxx, and i like to jump in pug Wg 25 mans. but my questions is, anyone else having an issue with replacing
hood of Hexing
? I know there is one off of Saph, and the T7 helm, but i would be losing 31 valuble hit points. So, any suggestions?

the hood of hexing does hold up better than most lvl 70 items due to those gem slots. however it is outdated for lvl 80 raiding.
take a look at
lootrank
for upgrades. 30 hit isn't that much in the scheme of things (buff food gives more for instance) and you're giving up a lot of good stuff just for the +hit.

Yep, that one was very hard to replace for me too. For me it was a matter of waiting for other gear and do some puzzeling to get hitcapped again. Luckily I got the t7 helm from naxx10, but yeh, it's definately a hard to replace piece 1 on 1 with any other hood from level 80 raiding.

Well there aren't a whole load of headpieces that have hit on them

Which means you're gonna have to puzzle with your other gear.

yeah, i was thinking about waiting for the patch and farm some marks and get that pvp hood, but hopefully Saph will drop the hood or i will pick up T7 hood. Or maybe that zone drop, but i have feeling that drops in heroic naxx, and not 10 man.

for 30 hit ditch it. there are blues that will give more dps.
hit is first priority but 1 hit is not worth 10 SP

that's a nice chuck of hit but compare it to something like
forgotten shadow hood
(still not even epic) and you've got a huge dps increase. the hit can (and will) come easily from elsewhere.
lose the 70 stuff for the sake of catharsis as much as anything else ^^
