Started a new lock

I have started a new lock and am trying to level him destruction to max my dps. I was hopeing that you guys might be able to give me a cuople pointers one this. I know most lock level and some stay demon spec.

Actually, most warlocks begin as affliction. The damage talents there are far superior to what demonology and destruction offer in the early levels.
Leveling as destruction has a significant problem with downtime. You will not level as efficiently as you would if you chose another tree, and unlike a mage you don't get to create your own water.
That said, if you choose to stay with it, this order should work:
Improved Shadow Bolt
Bane
Shadowburn
Devastation
Intensity
Destructive Reach
Ruin
Impr Immolate
Emberstorm
Conflagrate
Backlash
Shadow and Flame
Shadowfury
