If you read the sticky's as you say you did, you wouldn't be asking the question.
So pretty much, read the sticky's. And if you don't like our sticky's, go find someones sticky's you do like.

Alcotraz's guide has an entire section on stats which answers this question. I'm not sure if you don't trust it, or what, since you want "feedback on actual RAID," but the information is solid. It's literally right there. There's an entire section on stats which answers this question.

I've seen most tanks gem straight stamina. I suppose it would have the effect of increasing your health pool, thus (sometimes) increasing Death Strike's heal, thus increasing the shield created from Blood Shield. Not by nearly as much as Mastery does, and pass a certain point, Stamina becomes quite literally useless. The Wrath-minded Stamina stacking tank is really now just a new name for mana sponge.

I think at this point we still want to be going all stam, but as we work up the gear levels it will change to mastery. Perhaps someone needs to run the numbers on exactly when mastery surpases stamina.
