You didnt mention what class you are, but im going to go with warlock due to the shadowbolt avatar.
For kara, go for a medium amount of spellhit (100+?), focusing mainly on spell damage. I used mostly veiled noble topaz's in my gear at that level. Try to obtain / maintain the hit cap if / when you progress onto further stuff.
Stamina doesn't do any pve dps, so never attempt to stack it. Of course a dead dpser does 0 dps, but majority of the warlock gear has plenty.
