I'd suggest something like

=P You lose Flurry, which is kick ass, but you gain versatility from Tactical Master and thus survivability. Also, you get a few more niceties from the Arms tree.
If you got the gold, play around with the speccs; move points around, try full Arms and ER, try a 31/30 =P Give it a shot, it really takes alot of fine tuning to find the spec that suits your play style best.
