The first two are just how they look when you use them. They're staying exactly the same unless stated otherwise in the patch notes. Not sure what you're asking with the third one they're just removing pet leveling.
(Also my first post on WoWhead ever heh)

The spells are getting new spell effects - as in animations i.e. how pretty it is.
