Ummmm, can I have your 73rd level character please? (Hint: 27/37/0 is not currently a viable spec).
SL/SL is ineffective compared to pretty much any other cookie cutter warlock build in instances as it has none of the needed damage talents. So, no, you would be less useful than any other reasonably geared and specced warlock in those circumstances. As has been mentioned over and over in these forums:
SL/SL is not a leveling spec. It is not a grinding spec. It is not a raiding spec.
It is a survival spec, and therefore of use only in arena.
The 41/2/18 spec you list is a very good PvE spec. If you want to make it into a PvP spec, I strongly suggest stealing some points from destro to get demonic embrace.

Removing Demonic Resilience hurts what you're trying to accomplish with the SL/SL spec. SURVIVAL AT ALL COSTS.
You would be far better off sacrificing the points in Shadow Mastery, Emp Corruption, or Demonic Knowledge as damage isn't the purpose of the build. Keeping them won't help you appreciably in instances, as your talent build simply isn't designed for them.
Use SL/SL for arena. Do not use it or any close variant for PvE. It is gimped there.
