Cataclysm is linear, so it should be clear to you where to go. Unless you've pretty much done all the quests in TH. Is that what you mean by 'got the achievement'?
If not, you can just fly around to the different hubs and see if any new quests are available.

That's the last quest in TH. You start running normal dungeons, then heroics, then raiding. Also, you can go to Tol Barad for the daily quests and pvp and you can also do battlegrounds (ranked and unranked) as well as arena. You can level tradeskills if you need to (including secondary skills like archaeology) and you can do other daily quests (like the Therazane ones). You can just farm mats and sell them on the auction house or maybe farm achievements. Or you could sit around in Orgrimmar counting how many people enter and exit through the front gates. Go wherever you want.
