Would Remorseless attacks be worth taking, for arena play, over the extra CP generation from Ruthlessness. I am curious because of the "buff" to backstab talent.

Yeah here's to not fully reading the tool tip, i thought it was an additional 40% for 20 seconds, not just the next attack within that 20seconds.

No, just no. You need to get the killing blow to get it to activate, so as soon as you PvP with more than 1 person, it loses of its effectiveness.
