aimed shot is an ineffiecient waste of mana unless youre using it for the healing debuff. Also in order to give you the correct shot rotation we need to know what spec you use. usually a BM hunter uses 1:1 or 3:2 shot rotaion being steady, auto, steady, auto and so on
MM hunters usually go 1:1.5 however i cant give you a decent rotation for one cuz i havent ever played MM... so that one needs to come from someone else =)

1:1 is one special for every auto
1:1.5 is 1.5 specials for every auto
you can find nice guilds on shot rotations and shot macros

USE STEADY!!!
There should be one steady per auto regardless of your spec. Non BM hunters will put in other shots as well. Steady is the best dpm by so much that it really should be your main shot.

rufwon.. from the context of the thread i dont believe we're talking about this in PvP terms. It seems the OP is asking from a PvE stand point. Obviously we all use different rotations in PvP to kite ppl around =)
